Be Well Talks: New Advances in Exercise with LGBTQ2+ Lens

Figuring out your target heart rate zone can be a difficult task…especially if you do not like math. This session will help explain the new formula used to calculate target heart rate. Also in this session, exercise experts will explain interval training, which is a exciting way to change up your workout. Interval training maximizes cardiovascular benefits and makes your heart stronger and more efficient. This session will also include discussion specific to LGBTQ2+ communities and accessibility to exercise.
