Join Jodi in this session to help explain the new formula used to calculate target heart rate…it’s a fun new twist on math. Also in this session, Jodi will explain interval training, which is a exciting way to spice up your workout. Interval training maximizes cardiovascular benefits, so it can quickly increase stroke volume, making your heart stronger and more efficient.
