Creative Coping Strategies for Caregivers

Caregivers face stressful situations on a daily basis. This 4-week series uses the Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment to help you understand your personality type, recognize how you manage change, and help build your resilience to effectively handle stress as a caregiver.
