Healing Journey 1: Coping with Cancer Stress
This is the introductory level of the Healing Journey Program, available to both cancer patients and their caregivers. This level teaches participants about the benefits of helping themselves through supportive care and provides an introduction to stress management techniques such as deep relaxation, healthy thought management, visualization, expression of emotions and goal setting.
