Healing Journey 1: Coping with Cancer Stress
The Healing Journey is one of Wellspring’s most popular programs. This 4-week introductory level, Coping with Cancer Stress is a wonderful place for those new to the cancer experience to learn how to help themselves through supportive care.
Open to both cancer patients and caregivers, this program provides an introduction to stress management techniques such as deep relaxation, healthy thought management, visualization, expression of emotions and goal setting.
