Healing Journey Level 2: Skills for Healing- Family
Patients and caregivers who have completed the Healing Journey Level 1: Coping with Cancer Stress- Family, are welcome to register for Healing Journey Level 2: Skills for Healing- Family.
Please note this specific level of Healing Journey Level 2 is for parents with dependent children. Discussions throughout the course will focus on family and children concerns and strategies.
This level provides a deeper practice of the techniques learned in Level 1, and builds on these skills by teaching meditation, journaling, discovering your inner healer, letting go of resentments, spiritual aspects of healing and supportive group discussion.
