Meditation Workshop: How to Get a Good Night’s Sleep
We all need a good night’s sleep. It is essential for our health, our healing, and our well being. In this session, we will learn effective routines and practices to help us sleep longer and more deeply. We will also explore ‘sleep hygiene,’ those things that we might be doing during the day affecting our ability to sleep well at night.
