Meditation Workshop: How to Set up and Maintain a Home Meditation Routine
This workshops is intended for the beginner, but it is also for those who want to move their personal meditation routine to the next level. During the workshops the following will be reviewed : 1) when to meditate, 2) where to meditate, 3) how to set up your meditation space, 4) and how to maintain the discipline of a regular practice. We will practice simple but effective meditation techniques that can be individualized. Meditation does not always come easy for everyone. However, with the right intention and with regular practice, it can become a natural part of one’s life.
