Meditation Workshop: Introduction to Meditation
Meditation has been used for centuries as a means to achieve healthy thought management. Meditation practices can help reduce stress, improve one’s capacity to cope and to feel better both emotionally and physically. In this workshop, cancer patients and their caregivers will learn mindfulness meditation exercises. This group program is especially suited to members who are new to meditation.
