Meditation Workshop: Loving Kindness

Metta is a Buddhist term that means loving Kindness as well as compassion. In this two part workshop we will take an in-depth look at various aspects of Metta, learning and practicing meditation techniques that will help us connect to our loved ones, our friends and our neighbours.
