Meditation Workshop: Meditations for Self-Care
All meditations have a self care component. The meditations we will practice in this two part workshop will have a specific purpose. When we intentionally direct our awareness on the area that requires our attention, there is a proactive process that is initiated that makes self care more effective. We live in a personal energy eco-system that is interconnected and complex. It constantly needs ‘tuning up.’ We can also use these meditation tools to assist others.
