Meditation Workshop: Nurturing with Loving Kindness and Forgiveness
Facilitator: Tony Murdock
Spontaneous acts of kindness and the intentional nurturing of Loving Kindness can 1) help us to rewrite old reactive habits and 2) help us to build healthy and satisfying relationships.
In this two part workshop members will learn how to boost well being, reduce stress, and develop forgiveness of self and others.
This technique helps us to grow in self acceptance, and can be an important tool in coping with the strain of long-term caregiving.
