Online Programs

Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Wellness Workshop: Sound-based Mindfulness

This program is presented by Wellspring Niagara. 

You will learn three strategies to optimize your overall well-being using sound and mindfulness. These simple strategies will help with discharging stress and inducing relaxation. Then we will experience a sound-based meditation with crystal singing bowls followed by group reflections. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a journal and if possible good headphones.

Registration required. After registering, you will receive an email containing the Zoom link and password needed to participate in this program.
