Yoga: The Five Pranas

The vital life force is referred to as chi (China), ka (Egypt) or prana (India). In this five-part course, each of the five directions of living energy is examined through visualizations, breath work, movement, and dialogue. By tapping into this subtle aspect of health, you can consciously activate where healing might best suit you.
