Wellness at Work: Moving Beyond Cancer and Letting Go
Facilitator: Ilene Shiller, MSW, RSW, Manager, Financial and Workplace Programs
This program is specifically designed for people who have already transitioned back to the workforce following an absence due to cancer. It will help you identify how your cancer journey may be impacting your work life and will offer helpful strategies to reduce your focus on cancer.
Many people who are back at work may feel detached or separate from the cancer world, yet cancer is still very much a part of their life. You might be having trouble letting go of cancer, or feel like you are still processing that journey. This program will help you move beyond your cancer if you are feeling stuck.
You will be able to participate in this program and interact with the leader, all from the comfort of your own home.
After you have registered for a program session you will receive an email from the program leader which will provide you with a link to access the program at the appropriate date and time. You will also receive instruction on how to use Zoom conferencing with your PC, laptop or tablet. You can also click here to learn more about using Zoom.
