Wellness Workshop: Cultivating Creativity, Healing and Spirituality
This is a workshop designed to help people heal through aligning to inner wisdom, working with innate creativity, trusting intuition, embracing spirituality, working with uncertainty, creating balance, enhancing self love and choosing inner peace. With so many of us experiencing more change and uncertainty every day, it is essential to work towards balancing inner peace and wisdom.
Themes in this workshop will include: self-love, spirituality, creativity, mindfulness, mind/body wisdom, inspiration, self-expression. This program will include an exploration of different exercises designed to help you become more present in your life, renew creative energy, connect with your inner wisdom, feed your soul, enhance life force energy and become more attuned to your authentic self.
Workshop Processes include: guided visualization, expressive arts, meditation, writing, mindfulness
