Writing Workshop: Journaling for Comfort and Calm

Coping during any stage of the cancer journey can be both challenging and stressful. Journaling is a tool that can enhance your wellness and be used for self-care in mind, body, heart and spirit. During this workshop, you will learn the writing and wellness connection, while experiencing guided journaling activities that can help you cultivate feelings of comfort and calm, no matter where you are in your cancer journey. The Covid pandemic has brought additional feelings of stress and uncertainty for so many people, these two workshops are a chance to come home to yourself through journaling in a calming and comforting way.
