Yoga Nidra Workshop
This program is provided by Wellspring Niagara (www.wellspring.ca/niagara).
Experience deep relaxation as you’re guided through the stages of Yoga Nidra.
Sit or lie down, get comfortable with a blanket and pillows. Be still and listen as we explore breath, body scan, and sensory integration.
Benefits may include unwinding tension, peacefulness, restful sleep, and healing of trauma. Registration required.
