Yoga for Neuropathy

A common side effect from treatment, neuropathy is painful, frustrating, and limits movement. Yoga has no magic bullet but there are some simple, repeatable strategies that may help you cope with symptoms. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll discuss the science around nerves, pain and practice gentle interventions like joint freeing, breathwork, and mental re-focus.
