Yoga Workshop: Designing Your Home Yoga Practice
This program is provided by Wellspring Niagara.
In this 2 hour workshop, participants will create their own customized yoga practice for daily use. We’ll cover the best time of day to practice, how to get motivated and the basics of blending postures to create specific effects. Like any prescription or health initiative, frequency and consistency are necessary to achieve the therapeutic effects. Once you have a plan suited to your personal needs, you can start tapping into the deeper benefits of yoga. Some yoga experience would be beneficial, but all fitness levels are welcome.
