Tai Chi
In order to help our members, both new and returning, maintain learning and Tai Chi skills, program leader, Sifu David Leopold has provided an instructional video to help you practice your skills.
Sifu David Leopold has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong at Wellspring for the past six years. Sifu David advocates that Tai Chi should be practiced every day in order to experience the great benefits such as improving balance and digestion, strengthening the immune system, and pain management to name a few. However, David believes one of the biggest benefits from Tai Chi is the sense of community. “Tai Chi brings people together,” says Sifu David. “It provides a safe place for people to socialize, share and support one another.” David loves teaching and many of his students from Wellspring move onto his personal practice after leaving Wellspring.
