This program will take a deep dive into the lifestyle changes you may consider during and after breast cancer treatment. We’ll explore nutrition and physical activity, then take a closer look at hot topics, including soy, sugar and alcohol. We’ll also discuss healthy dietary patterns to reduce the risk of chronic diseases and cancer recurrence.
