Back at Work: Managing Stress in the Workplace
It is well known that stress can influence our health and ability to cope. For many cancer patients, their diagnosis and treatment was likely a period of time that included great stress. Being back at work following an absence due to illness can be a stressful time. Ongoing stress at work can reduce our ability to perform well and to deal effectively with workplace demands and conflicts. This session will provide helpful strategies for managing stress at work. Please Note: You should already have made the transition back into the workplace before taking this session.
