Wellness at Work: Managing Stress in the Workplace (Online Program)
Stress can influence our health and ability to cope. Being back at work following an absence due to illness can be a stressful time. Ongoing stress at work can reduce our ability to perform well and to deal effectively with workplace demands and conflicts. This session, for those who have already made the transition back into the workplace, will provide helpful strategies for managing stress at work.
