This program is specifically designed for people who have already transitioned back into the workforce following an absence due to cancer. It will help you identify how your cancer journey may be impacting your work life and will offer helpful strategies to reduce your focus on cancer.
It is well known that stress can influence our health and ability to cope. For many cancer patients, a diagnosis of cancer and its treatment was likely a period of time that included great stress.
But the process of returning to work and being back at work can be an equally stressful time. Ongoing stress at work can reduce our ability to perform well and to deal effectively with workplace demands and conflicts.
You will be able to participate in this program and interact with the leader, all from the comfort of your own home.
