Cooking Series: Healthy Breakfasts
This class will focus on healthy options for breakfast that are ‘grab and go’. Ingredients that will be used will be sweet and savoury, highlighting the allium group of vegetables, red lentils, berries and spices such as basil, turmeric, and cardamom. Emphasis will be on using whole grains and healthy flours such as buckwheat flour, spelt flour and oats.
