Meditation Workshop: Helping You Feel Calm and Clear
In this two part workshops, participants will be guided in techniques that may help increase the ability to concentrate and calm one’s mind. Participants will learn how to become more aware of your natural, normal breathing and understand how to foster a non-judgmental curiosity about your breath, guided in a technique to generate wisdom. This workshop will focus on helping you live more deeply in the present.
