Nourish: Beans, Peas, Lentils and Grains
This two-part program will introduce Wellspring members to the evidence around beans, peas, lentils and whole grains and their cancer-fighting potential. The leader will incorporate a variety of legumes including lentils, chickpeas, black beans and navy beans and use grains including barley, oats, quinoa, corn and brown rice in unconventional ways. Recipes will be demonstrated in both sessions of this two-part program.
