Plant-based eating is a smart and healthy nutritional choice. In this session you will learn the latest evidence supporting a change to a plant-based diet. You will also learn practical information such as how to shop for and cook a variety of plant-based foods in four delicious recipes. Frequently asked questions about processed food, soy, organics, and genetic modifications will also be discussed.
