Skills and Strategies Workshop: Enhancing Resilience, Enhancing Well-Being
We often find ourselves feeling stressed, overwhelmed and on overload. With ever-increasing demands on our time and energy, the ability to manage our health and juggle our various roles can have its limits. In this session, we will discuss the connection between stress, symptoms, energy, and productivity and learn about the concepts of resilience and stress hardiness. You will walk away with resilience practices that you can incorporate in your day-to-day life and with an individual action plan that will help you support your personal health factors and assist in maintaining resilience.
