Well Talks: Enhancing Resilience and Wellbeing
In our fast-paced lives with continually shifting environments, it’s essential to maintain our health, focus and vitality. When faced with career transition, we experience yet one more challenge to our already full plates. This session is designed to help participants learn five vital resilience practices for day-to-day renewal, and to introduce the concepts of resilience and hardiness. The process includes the development of individual action plans to control one’s personal health factors and to assist one to bounce back from challenging times.
