The goal of Wellspring’s Meditation workshops is to increase your ability to use adaptive coping strategies to reduce your stress and anxiety to improve your quality of life.
Programs are typically 60-90 minutes in length and can feature various themes.
Instruction normally includes breathing techniques, gentle stretching, meditation and group discussion.
