A diagnosis of cancer can bring with it any number of difficult thoughts and emotions. In this session, we discuss how mindfulness can give us new approaches for working with the hard stuff, and with practice, feel less overwhelmed and better able to focus our energy on what’s most important to us. The session includes theory, collaborative discussion via the chat, and brief mindfulness practices that you can take away and apply in your daily life.
