Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Wellspring Yoga (In-Centre)

Yoga is an ancient and well-known health practice that combines self reflection, movement, and breath work to help you build a relationship with your physical and emotional well-being.

This weekly practice is performed on a yoga mat and many modifications will be offered during the session.

You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have a yoga mat, Wellspring Chinguacousy will provide you with one. 

Wellspring Chinguacousy will not be providing any accessories (pillows, blankets, bolsters, etc.). If you would like to use any accessories during the session please bring your own.

Registration is required. This program takes place in-person at Wellspring Chinguacousy.

Class sizes for in-person programs are limited. If after registering you find you are unable to attend this series, please cancel your registration to allow others to attend.
