Yoga Workshop Moving into Spring with Intention

Longer days are returning and with them a chance to reset our systems, making space to bring in new energy, inspiration, and ideas that will guide us through until warmer weather returns. Before we can welcome in the new we have to release the old, and this class will guide you to a place where you can process what has come before in order to set off on what’s ahead with clarity and intention. A 60-minute class begins with gentle movement followed by breathwork, visualization, guided relaxation, and intention setting.
