Well on the Web is an extension of the programs available in the Wellspring Centres across the country, enabling those who live far from a physical centres, or those not well enough to leave their homes, with access to Wellspring’s special brand of care and support.

Meditation Workshop: How to Get a Good Night’s Sleep

Our sleep cycle is a time for healing and rejuvenation. In this program, we will learn meditation techniques that will help us get a good night’s sleep. We will learn how to relax and clear the mind. We will also learn how to slow the body’s metabolism down and learn how to go into a deep sleep and wake up refreshed.  Registration required.
