A cancer patient or anyone with a serious illness knows that their condition can weigh heavily on the mind. The constant flow of thoughts is something you wake up to every day. It’s crucial to learn how to manage these thoughts and redirect them when they lead you to unhealthy places. You are not your mind or your thoughts. This workshop will help you notice, challenge, and adjust your thoughts to move toward a healthier direction. This presentation is facilitated by a retired counselor.
