Guiding Young Caregivers as They Support Someone Living with Cancer

Young caregivers often face challenges such as anxiety, stress, exhaustion, social isolation, and, for some, difficulties with school performance. Caregivers who are young adults raising their own families may find themselves struggling to balance their own lives, juggling responsibilities, and navigating being in the sandwich generation.

This webinar focusses on young caregivers supporting a family member living with cancer. We explore practical coping strategies to help young caregivers build self-care skills, foster resilience and personal growth, and better navigate the emotional and psychosocial toll that caregiving can place on their young lives.

This presentation is in collaboration with Pancreatic Cancer North America.
