The Healing Journey
The Healing Journey is a multi-level program designed to guide and support people who choose to actively engage in their own healing.
Level 1 Coping with Cancer Stress
This program is based on over 25 years of research and practice and provides guidance within the group setting for psychological and spiritual exploration. The Healing Journey Program offers effective tools and strategies that when mindfully practiced support healing and inner peace. The benefits that have been noted by individuals who routinely practice these strategies report significantly decreased anxiety, depression and a restored sense of control. Over the past years of research, it has been noted that active involvement in psychological and spiritual self-help can improve quality of life.
While the healing process is unique to each person, the Healing Journey provides a safe space to share, explore, question, listen and simply be. Participants are guided towards self awareness, and stress management through the practices of thought watching, meditative techniques, goal setting and group discussion.
Must attend all four weeks as the material each week builds upon the previous information.
This program is designed for Adults Only.
Registration or Appointment Required: This program requires a commitment to attend all sessions.
