Wellspring’s programs are led by paid professionals, also known as Program Leaders. Our Program Leaders are highly skilled contracted professionals with big hearts. Most roles require three years of experience, a relevant university degree and a willingness to engage with the community.
The leadership pool includes the following disciplines: social work, psychology, psychotherapy, nutrition, kinesiology, physiotherapy, nursing, and education.
