Dance and Flow Workshop – Bollywood
Do you love learning new dance moves?
Do you love listening to Bollywood music?
Wellspring is offering a 45 min dance class featuring Bollywood music and dance moves. This class is perfect for members looking to incorporate low to moderate intensity cardio into your day. Whether you are joining us from bed, sitting in a chair or standing and moving about, we welcome you to this group class!
There will be 30 mins of dance (lots a short breaks) and 15mins of cool down and stretch. This aligns to Cancer Care Ontario’s recommendation of fitting moderate intensity cardio based exercise through your week.
Feel free to wear comfortable clothing, have a water bottle near by and be prepared to smile and groove!
