Do you experience shortness of breath? Does shortness of breath interfere with your day-to-day activities, emotions, and overall quality of life? Are you interested in learning ways to reduce and manage your symptoms?
You are invited to participate in a three-week, hands-on program where the instructor will work with you on coping with and managing your shortness of breath. The program also offers the opportunity to meet and share with others experiencing similar symptoms.
