Ally Cooper knows first-hand how vital this support is. Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023, she had a long journey back to physical recovery.
“Physical recovery from this surgery was long – I couldn’t walk around the block at first and was in pain. But I am happy to say I am feeling good now and getting stronger thanks to Wellspring’s exercise and other important programs.
I think the toughest challenge was as much mental as it was physical. Feeling vulnerable, being faced with my own mortality and the fear of not being here for my family was overwhelming. Wellspring’s programs helped me work through these emotions.”
