Many people whose lives have been touched by cancer find it difficult to manage fear and worry. In this session, you will learn why some of us struggle with excessive worry and will explore a few strategies to manage worry in their everyday lives. The strategies are based on evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities, including mindfulness-based interventions.
