Getting through cancer treatment can be incredibly disrupting to individuals and families. After treatment ends, we often expect to be able to put the experience behind us and move forward with our lives. However, it is common to find it very difficult to navigate life after cancer. People often find changes in their mental health, relationships, how they think about work, how they reach work-life balance, in their values, how they approach stress-management and planning for the future, etc. In this webinar, we discuss ways in which people rebuild life after cancer: common obstacles people face, and some ways to overcome these.
