At Wellspring, we often hear that daytime programs don’t always fit into busy schedules. Between work, appointments, caregiving, and everything else life brings, it can be difficult to access support when it’s offered during the day.
That’s why we’re pleased to introduce two evening programs at our Birmingham Gilgan House in Oakville, designed to offer more flexibility and make it easier to connect with support at a time that works for you.

Would there be some art classes as well?
Hi Lisa. We don’t have that in our spring plans, but are always open to hearing suggestions. I’ve let our program team know and they will see if this is something we can try in the fall.
