Saath is a culturally tailored, family-centred support gathering for South Asian adults living with cancer and their families. It offers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and learn helpful strategies for coping with cancer in a way that respects South Asian values and traditions.
Each session offers time to connect, ask questions, learn, and enjoy chai, snacks, and meaningful conversation. You can take part in whatever way feels right for you by sharing, listening, or simply being present.
The sessions will be guided by a Wellspring program leader and supported by South Asian community volunteers. The group is open, family friendly, and focused on providing compassionate, culturally sensitive support.
