Meditation and breath work are coping strategies for managing thoughts, feelings, and actions during various stages of illness and treatment.

Do you experience shortness of breath from cancer and its treatment? Does shortness of breath interfere with your day-to-day activities, emotions, and overall quality of life? Learn coping strategies to help you manage your shortness of breath and related anxiety or concerns.

Studies show that certain techniques can help improve your breathing. You will also meet and learn from others experiencing similar symptoms.

Programs are typically 60-90 minutes in length and can feature various themes. Instruction normally includes breathing techniques, gentle stretching, meditation and group discussion.
