Saath is a culturally tailored, family-centered support gathering for South Asian adults living with cancer and their families. It offers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and learn helpful strategies for coping with cancer in a way that respects South Asian values and traditions.
Members can connect in-person in Calgary and online from anywhere in Alberta, making it easier to access support and build meaningful connection. Each session offers time to connect, ask questions, learn, and enjoy meaningful conversation in Hindi & Punjabi. You can take part in whatever way feels right for you by sharing, listening, or simply being present.
The sessions will be guided by a Wellspring Alberta program leader and supported by South Asian community volunteers. The group is open, family-friendly, and focused on providing compassionate, culturally sensitive support.
