WellSleep is a four-week educational program created to support people whose sleep has been disrupted by cancer treatments and the emotional stress that often accompanies a diagnosis. In a safe and supportive space, members will be guided to a better understanding of their sleep patterns and the factors influencing them. Through education, shared insight, and practical, evidence-informed strategies, participants will learn how to manage the challenges of poor sleep and work to cultivate more restful nights.
This is a four-week educational and experiential program led by professionals trained in how to optimize sleep health. Sessions are 120 minutes long and class size is limited to allow for individual care and attention.
With information and guided discussions about sleep, program leaders will dispel sleep myths, encourage sleep tracking, and provide key strategies to help improve sleep health. Members can expect to feel less alone in the challenges they are experiencing, and to feel empowered and better equipped to navigate sleep changes during and after cancer.
