We are excited to announce the launch of the 2021 Virtual Firefighter Stairclimb Challenge, in support of Wellspring Calgary. While in most years this is a live event at The Bow building in Calgary, Alberta, this year will be virtual – with new ways to get participants involved and engaged.

Firefighters and members of the public can sign up as individuals or as teams and climb the same number of stairs as The Bow building (1,204 steps or 774 vertical feet).

Formal climbs will take place between May 2 to 15 with a fundraising requirement of $250/person. And, as in year’s past, firefighters have the added challenge of climbing in their full duty gear.

Visit the new website, www.calgarystairclimb.com, to sign up or for more information on the event – including a list of great outdoor stair locations to train or compete on.

Join us for some great competition, fantastic prizes and an opportunity to get outside with your teams, family and friends – all while helping ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
