To our cherished donors, As you know, 2020 was like no other year in recent history, and it will no doubt be remembered for the onset of the pandemic and the subsequent panic, fear, isolation and upheaval that followed. On the flipside, 2020 was a year of extraordinary kindness, incredible innovation, passionate connectedness, heroic human service, and the banding together of many individuals and organizations to perform inconceivable actions to help keep others safe and well. Indeed, at Wellspring, while we were acutely aware of the heightened vulnerability of those we serve, we focused on developing creative strategies and solutions to ensure we could continue to deliver on our mission to ensure no one has to face cancer alone. And as Wellspring Calgary’s new CEO, I am incredibly proud of all the work that this amazing team has been able to accomplish – from our leadership and staff, to our volunteers and program leaders. For this, and for the exceptional outcomes we achieved, I am proud to be the new leader of this remarkable organization. To you, our donors and supporters who rose brilliantly at our side, funding and reinforcing us so we could remain steadfast in our commitment to assist those living with cancer, we offer our gratitude and respect. Thank you for sustaining us. Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for caring about those living with cancer. Thank you for providing and enhancing our resilience during a year of change.
